What cookies are

When you first visit, our banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Reject all and Accept all are equally easy, and nothing is ticked for you. Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Google Analytics and Google Ads do not load.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete those cookies on this site and stop loading the tools. We ask again every 6 months, or sooner if we change what we use.

We have set Google Analytics up with Google signals and ad personalisation switched off. We use it only to understand how our website is used. Google is based in the USA; see policies.google.com/privacy.

We use Google Ads cookies only to measure our adverts. Personalised advertising is switched off, and we don't use visits to our pages, including our treatment pages, to show you adverts afterwards ("remarketing").

Website platform (HighLevel)

Our website is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector). HighLevel's platform adds its own code to every page, which records the visit so that, if you go on to send us an enquiry, we can see which page or advert brought you to us. This runs for all visitors, and at the moment we can't switch it off from our side or make it wait for your choice. We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it with Meta or Google.
